We stand behind every pair of Bambelle socks. If you're not completely satisfied within 60 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll make it right — exchange or full refund, your choice. No hassle, no questions asked.
Return Conditions
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
How to Return
Email us at support@bambelle-us.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We will provide return instructions and the return address within 48 hours.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — a return request may be initiated instead if eligible.
Sizing Issues
If your socks don't fit correctly, email us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the size you need. We'll send you the correct size at no charge. No need to return the original pair.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order never arrives within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@bambelle-us.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or full refund if the package cannot be located.
