OUR 60-DAY FEEL GROUNDED GUARANTEE
We stand behind every pair of Bambelle StepMassage Arch Socks. Wear them for up to 60 days from the day your order arrives. If you're not walking with more comfort and more confidence, contact us and we'll make it right.
We'll always try to fix it first — a different size, a different color, or a store credit. If none of that works for you, we'll issue a full refund.
You are meant to wear them. That is the whole point of the guarantee, and wearing them will never disqualify your request.
HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST
To claim the 60-Day Feel Grounded Guarantee, email support@bambelle-us.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a short note about what didn't work for you. We reply within 2 business days and confirm your request in writing.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be processed.
RETURNS
Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return your order. If we do, we will send you the address and the instructions at that time. If we do not ask you to return it, nothing further is needed on your side.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to display it. We refund the amount you paid, including any shipping charged on your order.
EXCHANGES AND SIZING
If the size isn't right, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll send you the correct size at no charge, and you don't need to return the original pair.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We cover everything — replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled at no cost as long as they have not been dispatched — in practice, within 24 hours of placing them. Once your order has shipped, the 60-Day Feel Grounded Guarantee applies instead.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us at support@bambelle-us.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a full refund if the package cannot be located.
FAIR USE
The 60-Day Feel Grounded Guarantee covers one request per customer. It applies to orders purchased on bambelle-us.com and shipped within the United States. We reserve the right to decline requests where there is evidence of abuse.
