ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is $3.50 for all orders under $55. Free shipping on all orders of $55 and above. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Every order is tracked and insured, door to door. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. You can also track your order via the Track My Order page on our website.

At this time, Bambelle ships to the United States only.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@bambelle-us.com with your name and order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution within 5 business days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
